We follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy for DJ electronics due to the sensitive nature of the products.

🚫 No Return / No Refund Policy

Once the product is:

• tested,

• powered ON,

• shown working,
  there will be NO return, NO refund, NO replacement.

Why?

DJ amplifiers, mixers, and speakers are sensitive equipment.
Any wrong wiring, overload, or physical mishandling can damage the product instantly.

For this reason, no company provides return/warranty on these items after successful testing.

Before Dispatch

We:

• test every product

• record proof-of-testing videos

• ensure item is in working condition

After dispatch, the customer is responsible for:

• correct wiring

• correct power supply

• safe handling

Damaged in Transit

Transit damage claim depends on courier company policy, not Punishka Trading.
We will assist in filing a courier claim if applicable.

We do not provide product exchanges. Replacement will only be issued in case of verified courier transit damage, after successful claim approval.

After successful claim approval, we will dispatch the replacement and deliver it within 7 working days.
